Amy Anderson, Licensed Massage Therapist
Amy is a passionate Licensed Massage Therapist and has been practicing massage, energy work and Doula work since 2016. She loves to assist her clients therapeutically while also providing some much needed relaxation. Amy takes great pride in her healing work through massage and listens to her clients needs that are verbalized as well as having a keen intuition of what else the body needs to reach the final goal of each massage session. Having knowledge and experience in cranial sacral, sports massage, reflexology and other modalities allows her to use her array of skills to help you get lasting results. Being a Doula is also a deep passion of Amy’s and having the knowledge of the process of pregnancy and the changes that happen with the body during and after pregnancy aid her in the healing work of massage through this incredible journey and beyond. Amy also has a deep compassion and understanding for those dealing with Postpartum Depression and PTSD and can use her healing skills of Reiki during the massage when appropriate to assist in the healing process.
Amy also loves to be in nature with her family and friends. Camping, tubing the river/lake or just sitting by the fire pit help her to relax and enjoy the moment. One of Amy’s favorite quotes is “Learn to relax. Your body is precious as it houses your mind and spirit. Inner peace begins with a relaxed body.” By Newman Vincent Peale

Kristen Loomis, Licensed Massage Therapist
Originally from Washington State, Kristen has always had an interest in the process and healing journey each person embarks upon. Her mother initially sparked her curiosity in massage and bodywork first when she was in high school. Kristen moved to Utah in 2015 in pursuit of the beneficial aspects of psychology and music on the body as a whole. Feeling further called down the path of holistic health, she attended Healing Mountain’s Massage Therapy program and graduated in March of 2020.
Utilizing a host of differing massage modalities, Kristen facilitates a therapeutic experience that encourages her clients to breathe, unwind and realign. She aims to create a safe haven to alleviate pain, honor, nurture and tend to her clients with clear intent and compassionate care.
Inspirations that keep her grounded outside of massage therapy include singing, playing her ukulele, spending quality time with her dog and reminding herself to be present in the here and now.
