Amy also loves to be in nature with her family and friends. Camping, tubing the river/lake or just sitting by the fire pit help her to relax and enjoy the moment. Lindsay Stefanon,  Licensed Massage Therapist, Yoga Therapist & Teacher

Lindsay began her wellness journey long before she became a licensed massage therapist. At the age of 14 she was in a traumatic car accident. From there, she turned to holistic healing methods to ease the pain, beginning a meditation and yoga practice. As she continued through this journey she began to realize that her connection to her body helped to heal more than just physically, but mentally and emotionally as well. She saw how life-changing these experiences were and set out to become a Yoga Teacher and Yoga Therapist. Through her work and experience as a Yoga Therapist, Lindsay noticed a lack of support for the perinatal population, including before, during, and after birth.

Lindsay began her studies through birth work as well as maternal mental health and grief and loss through the lens of the perinatal population. Her greatest strength is to provide a calming and safe space for others to just be and connect with their bodies, as nature intended us to. This is ultimately what led her to becoming a Licensed Massage Therapist.

Lindsay’s goal is to help women reconnect with their body’s wisdom, become mindful of their power, and provide them space to deeply connect with their children from a place of peace. She believes that by mothering our children from this space we can empower children to be mindful of themselves, others, and our planet, by connecting to nature.

In her free time, Lindsay spends her time adventuring and exploring the world through skiing, hiking, mountain biking, and camping. She is passionate about gardening, of course, yoga, and her dog named Bodhi!
