Madison Staszkiewicz – Owner, DoulaMadison is the owner of Maternal Massage as well as a chain of waxing studios here in Salt Lake. She has been a licensed esthetician for 11 years and recently completed Doula training. Madison recently gave birth to a bouncing baby boy who is her muse. During pregnancy, she wanted to learn and apply all she could about natural treatments for her pregnancy. She began receiving prenatal massages to address her symptoms. A firm believer in the benefits that come from regular massage was born. She started talking to other pregnant women or mommies about the benefits of prenatal massage and how it to helps you become more whole. This is when she realized that not enough mothers-to-be were aware of this asset. And even less were taking advantage of this wonderful, natural healing during pregnancy. This is when her drive to help others with their overall health and well-being came to play. Soon after she received her certification as a doula to help educate and guide other pregnant women. Madison is passionate about women’s health, and is a firm believer in being involved and serving in her local community. One of her favorite quotes is, “Always be yourself, because the people that matter don’t mind and the ones that mind don’t matter.”

Kristen Loomis, Licensed Massage Therapist
Originally from Washington State, Kristen has always had an interest in the process and healing journey each person embarks upon. Her mother initially sparked her curiosity in massage and bodywork first when she was in high school. Kristen moved to Utah in 2015 in pursuit of the beneficial aspects of psychology and music on the body as a whole. Feeling further called down the path of holistic health, she attended Healing Mountain’s Massage Therapy program and graduated in March of 2020.
Utilizing a host of differing massage modalities, Kristen facilitates a therapeutic experience that encourages her clients to breathe, unwind and realign. She aims to create a safe haven to alleviate pain, honor, nurture and tend to her clients with clear intent and compassionate care.
Inspirations that keep her grounded outside of massage therapy include singing, playing her ukulele, spending quality time with her dog and reminding herself to be present in the here and now.
Janessa Gracia, Massage Therapist
Janessa has lived in Utah her whole life and loves it. She is enthusiastic and passionate about helping others. Starting sports very young, Janessa was participating competitively in soccer and gymnastics by the age of 8. She understands the frustration that comes with injuries. Over the years of being an athlete, Janessa has become fascinated in and amazed by the body’s healing process. As a result, she was drawn to massage therapy where her goal is to help every person heal from the stresses of life. In February 2020 she graduated from the Aveda Institute.
Janessa cherishes the role and calling of “mother” and, although she has yet to become one, she is inspired by those who are mothers. She desires to help expecting mothers and new mothers take care of their hard-working bodies as they provide a home for their sweet babies.
Janessa continues to play sports in her free time along with picking up new hobbies such as baking and painting.
